Our COVID-19 Response 

Things may look a little different when you come back to KAMM after lockdown, but we want to put your mind at rest by letting you know what steps we are taking to keep you and us safe. 
  • We will no longer accept walk ins and ask that all appointments are booked either by calling us or via our online booking system. prior to each appointment you will be asked to complete a pre screening questionnaire which must be done before entering the salon. 
  • We are no longer able to provide a waiting area to respect social distancing so we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, and we will greet you at the door. If you've forgotten to bring your own mask, don't worry, we will provide you with one which must be worn at all times unless your therapist instructs you otherwise. Our staff will be wearing masks, gloves and aprons for the duration of your service and will wear a visor or be behind a screen when required. 
  • If you are early, please wait outside until we come to get you. We have marked out extra time for enhanced cleaning in between clients and it is vital that we have this time for the safety of all clients.  
  • On arrival, we will ask you to use the sanitiser by the door and then will take you to the sink to wash your hands. we will also wash our hands before putting on a fresh pair of gloves. There will be nowhere to store belongings so please bring only the essentials with you. 
  • For the time being, we are not allowed to offer you any refreshments other than water. Please do not bring food or drink (other than water) with you. 
  • If you are in for a nail appointment, it is helpful if you already have some idea of what you are looking for as this will save critical time and help us to manage the handling of nail pops etc. 
  • After your treatment, if you haven't prepaid, we will bring the card machine to you as well as any products you may looking to purchase. If you have to pay by cash, please bring the exact amount as this limits the amount of contact we have to make. We will then open the door for you to allow you to leave the salon. 
  • Above all, if you, someone in your household or someone you have been in close contact with becomes sick, it is imperative that you reschedule your appointment immediately, even if you feel well.
